1. Very flexible and enjoyable working environment 2. There is a learning curve with every new project 3. Management is thoughtful of our needs 4. Project management is a very streamlined process here, which I have failed to see in my previous companies. 5. Flexible timings and no. of hours put in everyday take a backseat in front of your deliverables- which again is a new for me.
