      After completing 8 years with NowFloats, I can confidently say it has been a rewarding journey. The company offers an amazing product that genuinely helps businesses grow in the digital space. The work culture is supportive, collaborative, and encourages learning and innovation. One of the biggest strengths of the organization is that employee contributions are recognized and valued. The management is approachable, supportive, and focused on both business growth and employee development. Overall, it has been a great place to learn, grow, and build a long-term career. I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences gained over the years.
