The company has a very good work culture with flexible timings. It offers both WFH and WFO facilities, though everything depends on the manager and team requirements.

Cons

You may need to relocate to the client location depending on project requirements and client allocation. I think they have limited clients for my job location. Opportunities and project availability may depend on the client requirements in that particular location.
