NuView has finally invested in marketing! Well, sort of. But at least they are finally recognizing the negative reviews.

Cons

It's obvious that the positive reviews were written by NuView marketing. Read the other reviews and don't be tricked by the phony ones.

A good HR product consists of all modules, so you have a good opportunity to work / learn / enhance a HR product. Lot of freedom to provide your ideas to higher management. your voice will be never unheard. What ever team you working on, you always can submit your ideas to improve the product to " Next Generation Product team". They always considers this and Provide feed back too.

Cons

As all small product companies have, even this company has good scope of improving the process.
