      Pros

      I have been working for NUBERG engineering, Noida. Company has no pros. Only reason I saw was people who joined there were Relatives of owners rest others were who Didn't get any other job.

      Cons

      -No HR policy - Camera surveillance, you will get warning letters if you don't seen sitting on your seat or chating at mobile in Camera. -No well maintained utilities like washrooms for all. Just 1 common toilet per floor among 100 employees. - MD ask to stop payment of vendors for minimum 1 year and also force buyers to ask supplier to deduction payment if they want to get it release. - Upon resignation they threat you by legal action and political background of owners. -You can leave permises once you entered.

      There is nothing good about Company, Highly unethical and unprofessional Company

      Cons

      No employee benefits, No career growth , No Salary benefits, Only politics, Worst bosses, burden on juniors, monotonous work, no guidance, nothing to learn, uneven HR policies. Rules modified according to their wish.

      Their office is located in Noida

      Cons

      1. You will not get paid what is written on the offer letter. 2. The portion that is supposed to be given at the end of the year as a bonus will not be given even you complete the notice period. 3. The salary never comes on time. 4. The owner of the company can anytime call you and start bashing. 5. There is no work life balance. 6. A lot of unnecessary questions are asked when you take leaves.
