Great benefits, pensions. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful.
Cons
Following years of mismanagement and incompetencies of the CEO, the centre is closing in a month's time. All staffs had been conveying their concerns on the centre's future, seeing how every year, the centre isn't performing well financially. The CEO kept giving the same reasons over and over again during townhall, justifying the centre's monthly financial struggle. The current situation (centre closure) could have been stopped, if the senior management would have listened.
