Fridays means a lot on personal development, as a lot of team-building activities such as Ideathons, Hackathons, Memory Puzzles, and Treasure Hunts etc are organised. Even exciting quizzes every Friday at 3 pm. Quizzes are so competitive, the difference is in milliseconds which determines the winners. What makes Nuclei unique is the perfect combination of banking and technology. Latest tech stack is in use and innovation is welcomed ensuring a seamless experience. Tasks are highly organised, and challenging to up-skill in every aspect.

Growth – Exploring banking and fintech space on a day-to-day basis is exciting. – Able to interact with Bankers on daily basis and gain deeper insight of banking in various geographies. – Learning from smart peers. Tech team is very solid and lean. Culture – Have been through a roller coaster of management approaches and have finally arrived to a sweet spot by removing all controls and building a people-first company. Work – Working is challenging and exciting depending on the role and team. There are so many opportunities to think deeply about a problem and solve it (Product / Tech / Design)

Growth – With remote teams, you need to be self motivated to grow. There aren't much growth facing activities. Culture – Huge scope for building a team which people are proud of associating to. Need to change few things internally to get there. Work – Have taken multiple projects with banks and are willing to prioritise them over product building. – Working on projects for banks (services) at times lead to lot of unrealistic commitments. This needs to be fixed.
