Not a bad company to work for

Good company benefits Good progression in the first year, after that it is very site dependent Good level of autonomy in the role

Cons

Working at a busier site seeing more clients daily can be tough Travelling to different sites to cover when needed is expected. For some regions this is more than others and can be up to 1hr 30 - 2hrs from your home site.

Great colleagues and team work at site level

Cons

Central support has dissolved in the part 2 years under a weak and inexperienced Cheif People Officer cutting costs and employee benefits. Site managers have to guess the best approach to HR matters with no direct support to an allocated representative and complex support pathways. Despite inflation, she has cut employee benefits to save money at the cost of our own employees. An autocratic leadership approach speaking down but not listening from those feeding back upwards.
