Pros
They used to have policies that encouraged and supported staff, but almost all of those policies were gone by the time I left.
Cons
The owners are racist, homophobic, and misogynistic. They said things like "we should try to hire a woman so we can pay her less" daily. Claimed to want to be a progressive company, like Apple or Medium, but they constantly degraded and humiliated employees, never provided clear expectations, and did everything they could to ensure they'll never retain staff.

Hours were decent Pretty relaxed atmosphere when it wasn't busy Management was understanding Food is really good Sadly that's all I can say
Cons
Too much gossiping and people acting like children, it's a workplace.. come on No room to move up if you were not a friend to management Favoritism favoritism favoritism People coming to work hungover or high and having to take their job on as well as yours Customers are a bit worrisome about cilantro and sauce Too many different changes from a day to day basis.
