This company never gives their educators a warning nor any other chance to prove. I mean i was doing so good . And then all of a sudden got my contract terminated. Neither they have given me any warning nor any other chance. This isn’t a good way to deal with your employees. Atleast you should’ve given me change.. i would be loving to improve if you would have

I appreciate you taking the time to write a review, and I'm sorry you had a less than positive experience as a Numerade educator. For minor quality issues, we do give feedback and multiple chances for educators to improve their content. In some cases, where the content created is of very poor quality, or there has been a violation of a terms of use, we are forced to terminate a contract immediately. This is outlined in the contract signed by all educators. I know that can be frustrating, and I'm so sorry for that. Ultimately, our #1 job is to provide excellent quality videos to our students to help them study and learn, and we are not able to compromise on that.

Average rates for the questions done is really low and this is quite discouraging. I mean I have been paid $11 for an assignment of 46 questions of algebra and trigonometry. Same is the situation of my other assignment. Are they giving such low rates to everyone or just the people here in India?

Thank you for your feedback! We're in the process of reviewing our pay scales to make them as fair as possible. We want Numerade to be a way for educators to truly supplement their income. Pay is based on the level of complexity of the question; since Algebra and Trig are some of the more introductory-level content on out site, those problems are paid less than college-level physics, for example. We recently added many new "Student-Asked" questions, which are paid at a higher rate, so I encourage you to check those out! I'm sorry you had a less-than-excellent experience as a Numerade educator. As we mentioned in our emails, we are not able to continue accepting video submissions if the quality is not up to standard or if there was a violation of our terms of use. Because we're a very small team, once we've determined this, we deactivate accounts. We would hate for any educator to continue spending time creating content that we're not able to accept, and this is the only way to prevent that from happening. We appreciate any time you spent creating videos for Numerade, and we will continue to work on improving our feedback loop.
