Great product, not the best leadership

Pros

Numetric is a great industry disrupting product. The work environment and coworkers are both awesome. You'll be trained for what you need to be doing.

Cons

No real care from some C-level leadership towards the "lower" employees. Still a small start-up dealing with the growing pains of a new business in a very competitive industry.
