Trouw Nutrition USA is a Ruminant (Cow) Feed, Companion Animals (Pet Food) and Micronurients Feed (animal feed nutritional additives and boosters) company that is owned by the Nutreco parent company in the Netherlands. Their overall core values and culture is stated and followed with several updates surveys and opportunities for feedback from all employees. In my experience, with only a few exception, the management there is accountable, responsive and relatively passionate about the companies goals and helping you achieve your goals / projects. Their culture is really making an effort to be more inclusive although it can be tough in some of the rural locations that they are located. I have noticed their efforts to hire more inclusive and diverse employees in recent years. I have an excellent manager. Actually, one of the best managers I have ever had. They really care about me as a person and make efforts to train, promote and take my career to the next level. I was promoted once since I started a few years ago and hope to have that happen again. My manager supports his team and protects them from any negativity from other departments, which is essential in a sustainable work environment.
