There is a lot of turnover. Salaries could be better. No opportunity for any kind of performance or profit sharing bonus.

Leadership is full of themselves, make promises that they won't keep. They promoted those who are buddy-buddy with. One person in particular would never show up which would cause a bottle neck. Instead for fixing the issue they decided to promote then instead. No diversity in leadership/ management positions, mainly all white people.
