Pros
Great place to work. Very knowledgeable technical staff to support sales calls and implementations. Lots of independence, not micro managed. Great opportunity to learn the product development process. Work with the best, most cutting edge companies in the Bay Area.
Cons
If coming from another industry, it takes a while to pick this up. Working with PTC can be tiring.
