1. Micromanagement all the time (seriously some times the manager asks for status every 5 minutes).
2. Upper management only takes decisions for the very short term period (development change course several times in one month).
3. They rarely ask the technical team about timelines to make things and they will push you very hard to deliver things that you were not consulted before they close the deals.
4. If you are not very good at salary negotiation, be aware they will trick you during this process in a lot of different ways and you will only realize after some time.
5. When they need, managers will use all kinds of nasty things (half facts and even lies) to keep your work colleagues against you.
6. On top of the above problems, whenever they have a chance they will stop paying you and will keep pushing you to deliver the development and also will give you a lot (seriously, a lot) of excuses to keep you working.
It's the worst company I ever worked for. A very toxic and unpleasant experience.
The company is based in Beirut - Lebanon, but due to the recent economic crises there, they are moving the company to Abu Dhabi, but for sure they are moving the bad environment there as well.
