Pros
Many career opportunities, sky is the limit. Employer offers work life balance. President visits your jobsite 1-3 times a month. Left O2EPCM, Inc because I accepted a promotion opportunity to good to pass on.
Cons
Daily commute was not pleasant due to so cal heavy traffic. I would have liked a better pay but we all know pay can always be better no matter where you go!
