      Nice location in CBD area Focused purely on target achievements which can be perceived as a good effect, as there are no other telemetric monitoring/tracking considerations.

      Cons

      Internal culture tends to demand for over-target kpi % increases at unreasonable levels. Efficiency within internal is closer to non-existence. Compliancy processes and policies are patchwork like and complex, thus ruining closing client processes.
