Pros
Revit experience, and there are well seasoned professionals here. You will learn the basics of Revit, although there isn’t formal training. Mid level management really does encourage the younger engineers to learn the ropes and the fundamentals. Mostly dedicated to drafting and not design.
Cons
The work culture is way too uptight, and one of the owners has a drinking problem (Steven Abbatista). Seems like he can’t handle his alcohol, avoid if possible.

Pros
Very nice people and of course, very professional. Working with great architectural firms.
Cons
You may be overwhelmed with the number of projects you may be assigned to but that is the culture in MEP companies. Overall, colleagues are willing to help.
