A place where you can have freedom to be entrepreneurial.

Cons

Salary increase freeze on-going into the fourth year. Do more with as little a possible mentality. Entire agency is stressed and burnt out. Leadership is jumping ship and higher ups do not care how poor morale is.

Cons

Everyone is underwater and leadership has no real authority to make any changes. It used to be a great place work, but since being acquired by the Brandtech group, it's become a total disaster. Everyone's overworked, underpaid, and generally pretty miserable.
