Lack of coordination, lethargic teams, blind management, very very low employee retention rate, one person works while others relax. All work is piled on few people while others get the credit for it. No sens of belonging. No pro-activeness internally to do something new or more. No sense of ownership, too many goof ups on the job that the agency doesn't take too seriously internally. And bloody hell at least compensate the existing staff correctly without discrimination?! Avg hike is 8%? Like really?
