      Positive work culture and good learning experience

      - Great leadership, transparent communication, and a positive work environment. - The company encourages learning and provides opportunities to work on interesting projects. - Employees are encouraged to share ideas and take ownership of projects. - Flexible Work Environment with 40:60 Split of WFO:WFH - Work-life balance is respected and the team is very cooperative.

      Cons

      - Workload can sometimes be high during deadlines, but the team supports each other to complete tasks. - Being a Global organization some processes/procedures are lengthy which could be more streamlined and could be done faster.

      Local country management is good. Avoid working with people in HQ

      The quality of work depends on which country /team you are from. If you are stuck with the wrong team/country then forgot any kind of growth - you will learn no new skill also no salary hike. It looks like only the HQ people in Belgium have the right to do something meaningful. Some managers could be toxic. Consult with your colleagues and try to escape working in those teams. Some managers say something and mean something else - this could be dangerous and could also lead to termination. Work life balance seems to be good but everyone excepts to outperform every task - so keep your weekends open. The colleagues in HQ particularly seem to be biased. I particularly had a bad experience with the HQ people. Fixated on little things which are irrelevant to work.
