      Job delegation unclear, anyone can be doing anything once delegated, no clear job clarity, everyone expected to help each other but no formal recognition, management are all yes men and do not help their staff to fight for formal promotion.

      Company offer very comprehensive staff welfare benefits from medical, dental, insurance for spouse n kids too. Yearly $1k flexi benefits, lunch provided once a week. Yearly coy trips. Team Bonding activities. Nice office environment. Nice colleagues too. Hybrid working style.

      Management not willing to listen when you address your unhappiness. They are always right and you are always wrong.
