      Nothing pros since the previous CEO Peter Henley and Douglas left during covid.

      Cons

      Current CEO knows nothing about hospitality industry, made unnecessary changes according to his intuition instead of market trends. Very emotional CEO who bear grudges against staff who speaks their minds.
