Pros
The availability of free training for full stack development is a significant advantage, enabling considerable career growth. Moreover, the positive work environment, approachable and friendly colleagues, and implementation of work-life balance measures contribute to a fulfilling and enjoyable experience in the workplace.
Cons
The work-from-home setup has been highly advantageous, particularly in the Philippines, where heavy traffic can be a significant challenge. It has saved valuable time that we can now spend with our families and engage in other activities. However, with the implementation of a hybrid work model and plans for full-time office work, we are experiencing a significant time loss due to transportation, which takes around 1 - 2 hours daily, totaling approximately 4 hours or more each day. This time loss is quite substantial and impacts work-life balance significantly.
