Pros

The OPCW is a fantastic place to work, especially for young graduates seeking to start their careers in international organisations. There are plenty of other interns, meaning that it is incredibly easy to socialise and make friends if you're new in The Hague; the workload is appropriate and rewarding; supervisors are typically quite friendly; and the working environment is great, especially if you are interested in international politics.

Cons

The Hague is a very expensive city, and interns are only paid a stipend of 550 euro.
