Pros
The company offers a good work-life balance and a comfortable working environment. While there is a requirement to come into the office a certain number of times, it can be adjusted if you explain personal circumstances. The company is also proactive in adopting modern technologies, which provides great opportunities for technical growth.
Cons
Compared to competitors, the salary is on the lower side. Although the company is strong on the technical front, it is weaker on the business side. Stakeholder management, presentation skills, and client negotiations are not strengths here, and there are fewer opportunities to grow in those areas.
