Pros

None. Do not waste your time here.

Cons

Zero Training: You are thrown to the wolves on day one with no onboarding, no processes, and no supervision. You’re expected to manage angry clients who are rightfully frustrated by the firm’s poor quality. Low-Quality Factory: Everything is rushed, sloppy, and offshored. It’s a quantity-over-quality accounting factory where professional standards are non-existent. Constant Disrespect: Zero boundaries. Management expects you to work during sick days, PTO, weekends, and late nights. They have zero respect for labor rights or personal time. Stingy Operations: They run payroll monthly instead of bi-weekly just to save on processing fees. Toxic Environment: Hostile management, outdated tech, and ancient laptops. The firm relies entirely on exploiting J1 interns, like disposable labor. Wages: Salaries are insulting and don't meet the basic living standards. They intentionally underpay because they know you're tied to your visa. High Turnover: People are quitting constantly. A rigid, dying firm that exploits young professionals.
