Cons

Unless you are buddy-buddy with upper management, good luck keeping your job. Even if you are, you'll still be pushed out the door for "unknown reasons". This company is shady and unethical when it comes to treatment of its employees. Even if you know what you are doing and try your hardest, they'll throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. Office politics are a joke, Upper management doesn't even think you exist until the moment you mess-up. Don't trust anyone. All of them are there for themselves, all of them are backstabbing fakes. Even if they hire you, look for new work, use this as a stepping stone and get out before anything else. They will not warn you, they will not give "second chances". You get fired before you even realized what you got fired for. This company is AT-WILL, meaning anything you do can cause termination. So like I said APPLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Pros

Many talented employees. Pay is above average.

Cons

Positive reviews are from MANAGEMENT, not employees. This company suffers from multiple ailments: 1. Lack of loyalty. The work/life balance is a joke. You can dedicate yourself to the betterment of the company only to find yourself unemployed. I've been gone well over a year and hear the same thing continues to happen. The company changes direction annually and, like clockwork, every December you will see an involuntary exodus of staff spun like it is a positive thing, There is always an utter lack of morale. I've seen people put everything into the company only to be sent away with the trash with little to no warning, no feedback on performance, just a message that the company is changing direction. They say they want people to be open and honest, but what they really want is people to be compliant. 2. Lack of leadership. While there are some strong team players in the middle, you always feel like management is playing the long con. Most senior leaders get input from the team, but always seemed like they were asking for feedback until someone validated what they already decided. There is a lack of actual leadership. Either you get zero direction or micromanaged. There is no career planning or development, little input, no clear cut responsibilities (seems like most positions are making stuff up as they go). 3. Customer sentiment. Customers never seemed 100% happy, almost as if they were only there because they needed the platform and were held hostage by a contract. Certainly hard to get any significant percentage to give glowing feedback. There are so many manual processes that there are inaccuracies everywhere. Half the stuff that customers hear are lies and there is a pattern of overpromising. 4. Lack of Direction. The company seems to take a new direction every year and it's pushed upon the staff. Everything is a moving target and there seem to be either large aspirations or drastic changes every year rather than progress. They ask for feedback, but never seem to heed it. Everything is a paradox. 5. Lack of morals. I overheard a conversation once that "contracts are made to be broken". Well, that's pretty much how they deal with everything from employment to clients to vendors to partnerships. "Do the right thing" is different from "Do the OS33 thing". Pretty sure the entire "employee stock award" thing is BS. Seems random on how much you get, if anything, and without knowing how many shares there are it is worthless. Complete bait and switch on the job.

Pros

Unfortunately I haven’t seen any.

Cons

All IT backend functions are outsourced to Russia, which is odd because clients represent financial and insurance industries. Constant hiring and firing. Very authoritative management. Dishonest and illegal approach torts clients is in place.
