Preferrably the last option to work with this employer!
Pros
1. Small team and better visibility for everyone involved in the projects. 2. Good joining hike when switching from different organisation. (Depends of negotiation skills) 3. The team is quite new and are figuring out how go execute projects. 4. Exposure to work with OEMs such as Diamler and Chinese OEMs such as Geely, DongFeng, GWM 5. People from different locations are really cooperative and humble. 6. Switch here only if you are from small service based company background. You can get brief idea about how a product is developed than in a service based organisation. 7. All projects are autosar based and very simple projects. 8. Focussed only towards lighting projects. Scope is minimal but good for people who are switching from non autosar background. 9. Indefinite work from home is so far available due to Covid19 widespread. Otherwise, 1 day per week is allowed according to HR policy. 10. Few leads are extremely good and are willing to share knowledge.
Cons
1. Individuals are not respected for their decisions. Either in development activities or cocurricular activities. 2. All activities including HR decisions are made by the Director of the company according to his wishes. Company's agenda is given lesser importance than his own interests. 3. People who were coming from Continental at the start of the company get almost every benefit over othe lateral employees. 4. Unless your are a lead of the project, there is nothing you can speak about either in meetings or in the regular meetings. 5. Developers are treated as mere slaves than employees. 6. Loans and credit card requests get rejected as the company is not widely recognised. 7. Hikes are negligible irrespective of your performance. According to the management, company is always at loss during hike cycle. 8. Tickets in the project are for namesake, verbally something is told to be executed and later also blamed for not completing the ssigned ticket. (Not in every project) 9. The leads try to make offline conversations instead of emails so that loopholes can be created when somethings do not work when the deadlines are crossed and blame the other responsibles in emails. 10. Almost every senior engineer is trying for a lead position and it is not a good environment to work for people at lower positions than senior engineer. 11. Writing clear emails is never appreciated. It is actually seen in an offensive manner. (Some project teams) 12. Confidentiality is literally zero.
