Pros

OSSMedia has great working environment. Here I got the best chances to learn and grow in last 2 years as we got good exposure on many nice projects which has sharpened our skills a lot. Other thing which I like here are free lunch and five days working.

Cons

Interview rounds were tough and hard to crack.
