Face value of an international company operationally substandard in operations, culture and value. Lying to customers over the quality of products. (Relabeling and reselling at high margins). Bad Management full of nepotism . Bad Management with no clear structure and direction for the company. Cutting corners in business processes leading to company losses year after year.
