      Transportation for all the shifts available, other than this nothing

      Cons

      They have only one mantra work, work and only work. They dont know the difference between machines and humans. Seniors are the worst guys, they dont know how to appreciate their juniors

      1) Its great to work with USA Team 2) Technically sharp and highly skilled Global Stakeholders 3) Get to work on new technology

      Cons

      1) Team Managers in India don't know how to handle and retain talent 2) HR teams have not been able to retain talent who are critical for project needs 3) Yearly Salary hikes are in single digits 4) WFH is there (only due to pandemic) but forces employees to work from office 5) Overall team strength in LDCH is very small (170-200) 5) One cannot switch to other companies quickly as Elevator domain knowledge does not have much value in the market
