Outplayed (formally Profit Accumulator) is the most toxic environment I've ever known. The CEO is a narcissistic psychopath who loves to bully his employees for self-gratification. You are expected to work out of hours and weekends for no additional pay. Your must provide a personal phone number so that you're available 24/7. Salaries are dire and well below market standards. In nearly 5 years I had no pay rises. Everything is strictly legal minimums when it comes to the likes of contract, holiday and sick pay. Day-to-day operations are a farce and the running of the business is shambolic. No communication or management whatsoever and staff are always the last to know anything. Management are secretive and illusive and your life as an employee here is chaotic and stressful all the time. Massive blame culture and plenty of bullying - both publicly and in private. Many colleagues have been forced to work while signed off sick or on maternity leave, as well as lots of people made to work while on furlough during lockdown (a time that the company was at its most profitable). Lots of illegal activity with regards to finances, random sackings, advertising, flouting GDPR, editing contracts without notice and after the fact, insecure customer data, non-disclosed data breaches and stealing money from customers through bogus practices and outright lying. They changed the legal company a number of times to more easy sack loads of hard-working people who'd been there years. Also moved the company to Gibraltar to avoid paying tax (well, they keep a skeleton staff there to fool the Gibraltarian government into thinking operations take place there). Don't be fooled by the raving Trustpilot ratings, they regularly purchase batches of five star reviews to mask the genuine experience of customers. Here's a clue, look at the recurring names, they're so cheap they don't even bother to change them! Oh and the good reviews on here were made by people coming into the company who were made to write them on condition of passing their probation. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the CEO is currently running it into the ground through sheer greed, arrogance, ignorance and incompetence - so it won't be around for too much longer!

Carrying out many illegal practices, ceo doesn’t care about any staff just wants to be a millionaire. Likely to lose job with no notice. Would give zero stars if I could
