They’ll smile and be kind to your face but would throw you into traffic to get a lead or close their loan *They preach “OVM Family” but when the executives make mistakes it’s the lower level staff that suffers. (They’re constantly having layoffs due to the president and the Vice Presidents idiotic spending) As long as they’re getting their bonuses they could care less about you. * Zero loyalty to their employees. *Company not doing well? Bye bye! They’ll kick you to the curb without a second thought. *This is NOT career place. If deciding to work here KNOW it’s only a stop in the road on your career, not the home you’re searching for. *LOs steal leads from one another *very clicky *the owners originate so enjoy getting their scraps *seriously, no 401k match?

Soaked in nepotism, + favoritism, males make more money than women, females are not respected, don't care about employees, it's like a mafia of sharks with mid-lower level employees.... most of the work is outsourced, they hate their realtors and brokers....
