Often has to work for 9-12 hours/day to meet deadlines due to improper planning. Poor work-life balance. Not much recognition is given for your efforts. There is no established process, most work is not done in an organized matter. No framework to capture issues in teams. No attention is given to make employee's life easier. Product code is has solution specific patches, and harder to maintain.

Little to low knowledge on project management. COO has no idea how to handle resources. Employees are pressured and no consideration given about retaining loyal employees. Salaries and allowances are in the lowest scale.
