not much to say here. AVOID.

Cons

The company massively laid off people in the IT space in pivot to AI. But so is everyone else. But the way they went about in doing so is what's terrible. I've been in the Fintech space for a decade but never have I heard or seen the stuff the CTO got away with saying and doing. AVOID.

Pay was below market rate, micromanagement and favoritism amongst management, because push for RTO even though employees were against it
