Sometimes you get the salary on time.

Cons

Too much politics. You don't have to be good at your job to get promotions. Just be good to your boss. Do their work for them so they can drink during working hours. Management doesn't know the difference between CSR and BDA positions. Biases towards Hindus as this in certain processes. The management wants cheap labor as employees so they can take a serious cut from the salary as the business is outsourced to this company.

Good work culture. Good salary for an experienced candidate Getting paid leave is easy

Cons

The manager is not from a finance background. It's tough to get WFH, which is the biggest perk for a finance background Rotational shift. Most importantly, it will not provide you a core finance job.
