      It’s a multi-channel company with many subsidiaries, which gives you the opportunity to learn a lot. On office days, working hours can be flexible – if you arrive early, you can leave early.

      I would say agile rituals are not always fully followed, and sometimes planning can be a bit irregular

      Remote working. There is no other advantage

      Cons

      Upper management is unaware of one another. The company hierarchy is terrible. Overtime is considered normal and acceptable. Meetings are scheduled for Saturdays. Employees are openly mobbed.
