Well, everyone's just so not happy with the super awful environment now. It's like, really pathetic and messing up everyone's mental health. There's this unnecessary micro-management, and the management throws around bad words all the time. Like, seriously? Don't we have a life? Is this what they call an organization and a good company? It's like a big joke.
Cons
The toxicity is increasing day by day, ever since a new person joined – a specific someone spreading toxicity throughout the company. He does backbiting about his team members to management and influences them negatively, casting a bad image on most of the old employees here. This is not just my perspective; I have heard most of the people sharing the frustrations they have with him. The discontent with him has become widespread, and all of this in just 1-2 months? Wow. what a great hire. While the company culture was sort of improving, he brought a ton of negativity with him, and that negative energy and toxic aura. He not only pinpoints and backbites about his team but also other teams and departments. All he does is run around, acting busy to show he is working. He treats his colleagues like slaves, always giving orders and acting like he owns people. He lacks basic etiquette and professionalism. In a good company culture, everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their position. Unfortunately, this person appears to lack any understanding of that fundamental principle. For him, to get ahead in his corporate rat race, the only way is to step on other people and go ahead. I think he did not have words like "teamwork", "respect", "professionalism" etc, in his dictionary when he was growing up. Pathetic culture OkayGo. It is like the most negative place/environment I have ever been in
