      Great Environment, new era

      Pros

      Great pay compared to other software companies, a flexible and supportive environment, and real work-life balance. Most importantly, the company truly trusts and values its people. After a difficult period of layoffs and people leaving, during which I also left, I chose to return and was warmly welcomed back. I came back to a stronger, more stable, and genuinely positive workplace. That says everything.

      Cons

      No major negatives from my experience. Like any growing company, there are periods of change and adjustment, but overall the direction and culture remain strong.

      decent salaries for experienced engineers, good learning opportunity

      Cons

      huge layoffs, zero work-life balance, very bad management in C-level, zero respect on people that actually care, they only care about budget and clients, below zero in business strategy and continuity, toxic culture
