      The level of support offered to the employee on day one is great. The organization really cares for the success and overall wellbeing of it's employees.

      Easy to join, Good base pay.

      Cons

      Too Large of a territory. Bad Sales Managers. Sales managers have unrealistic expectations. Los Angeles sales are much different than the rest of the country.
