      Grate work culture, and opportunity to make overtime as a hourly employee.

      Managers are fake, they look out for their self, with little or no consideration for supervisors, rather than finding a solution, for issues they will have a supervisor take the blame, for any and all errors,

      Pay was good. Employees made the job worth it.

      Management is toxic. Everyone is replaceable is echoed at every meeting. Moral is at rock bottom and management could care less.
