And when those idea are struggling to surface, the team first mentality make it easy to lean on others for support and assistance. Nonstop learning environment. You are asked to wear many hats, even of one that might not fit your job description. But with that comes several opportunities to learn and grow in new areas. Casual workplace. There is no competitive or judgmental nature to all coworkers. Everyone is supportive and will provides some laughs along the way.
