1) Team members are supportive in nature. 2) Ability to do team work in difficult situation.
Cons
1) Not provided tools for accomplishments of the assigned work. 2) Not have enough wealth to buy Portals for Sourcings the candidates. 3) Even don't have proper process of daily work flow. 4) Members of the company like (Founder,Manger,TL) are not trustworthy. 5) Not even give the appreciation for good work but scold you for your delay in work . 6) Not going to understand your situation for delaying the assigned work.
