Friendly coworkers besides management. Good job for lazy people.

Cons

Worked for Avenue I Media which became part of OnPoint Global after an acquisition. Huge problem with communication. Don’t expect a promotion or fair pay even when they explain opportunities and bonuses/commission. Make sure to get everything in writing! Favoritism based promotions instead of hard work. Little to no upward mobility. Most work involves morally unsound business practices such as selling useless guides, search arbitration (termed “traffic acquisition” at this company), or just general ideas and tactics to trick the elderly or uneducated into clicking and buying. (Look up FTC DMV court case for more details). I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a position. Not worth the stress and frustration.
