Pros

Management are friendly, open and supportive Colleagues are friendly and supportive A really enjoyable environment to work in Pay is good Weekly Training sessions, daily team catch ups and friday afternoon meetings are excellent especially whilst having to work from home as helps to keep team connected.

Cons

Improvements being made to the system we use need to be made more quickly with explanations or feedback given internally as to why it takes so long some times

Leaving the business is the only pro I can think of

Cons

- Shocking management CPO, CTO and other exec are awful. - HR team is non existent - Massive egos - Lack of leadership and support - Cases of people not getting paid - Engineering culture is toxic. Lead Dev is a control freak. Leadership team in tech are not nice people. - The company is laughable. Avoid at all costs. If you literally have nothing else then still reject them you’ll be better off.
