Pros
The people at Onebridge are very helpful and friendly. I don't remember having trouble collaborating with or getting technical answers from anyone. The intent was an excellent work-life balance, but I imagine that varies according to manager. My manager was excellent and encouraged it, though he worked a lot. During the pandemic, I felt like Onebridge missed an opportunity to go beyond regional while the whole country was remove, instead focusing its efforts in the areas close to Indiana. I don't know if that was by design or not. I was laid off before the company was bought by Marlabs, I assume to make the books look good, which all companies do if trying to be acquired.
Cons
Very little. It was a great company and they focused on building team for a good while.
