Take note that the senior management will probably post another positive review straight after this. Mandatory 5 days in the office and 12+ hour days in a business where the senior team has bred a den of toxicity really isn’t a great place to be. The founders are the worst I have ever worked with. One is bullied and undermined by the other in front of the team by a cofounder who is a vicious megalomaniac and throws tantrums. The only one who has been there long term has been trained by the cofounders so thinks the bullying and the way they treat people is normal. It’s vile. You will be micromanaged until you don’t even know what you think any more. Everyone is stressed, crying, overworked, off sick and leaving. When you say you're leaving the cofounder doesn't speak or look at you for your whole notice. Slack is used to berate and humiliate individuals in full view of every one else on the team. It's cruel.
