Pros

no one wants to give positive review for this company HR forced the employees to add positive review.

Cons

Giving even a single star is a waste. Worst company to work for fresher or experienced people ever. don't attend the interview. Personally do not recommend - if you don’t get job anywhere then try here.

Pros

if belong to family nd friends then you can grow and get promoted. if not you are a slave. of the 10 top management roles in office managed by family memebrs like project managment, product, sales, marjketing, development, qa, etc. oneorigin is not ai company they dont do automation but manual work, fooling USA people by lying about product, employee experience. management treat us like slaves, ceo is a mad man sends email asking to leave if not interested to work. no good hike and work opportuinity only drupal they ask to work day night- no extra leave, no extra money they lie about probabtion, they keep everyone in probabtion for 1 year paying only 15000 rupees. Hr is very bad no support cuts money for everytime culture is very good if you are a family member & friend - more money power promotion only brother, brother in law, sister in law, cousin, family friend, sisters friend, wifes sister, relatives of family work here bad office politics. if resigned means they take personaly treat like servants. not a good company for freshers only drupal drupal and i joined as a developer but they asked me to do manual qa of transcript. Sia product is fake cannot automate so they ask employyes to do it manualy.

Cons

ceo and family , managemnt of family work culture - no time managemnt, no good salary fale promises of sending to america, everyone is leaving the company only lies & fake treat us like slaves. no respect. no good work no money

Pros

After 30 months of employment, I have yet to identify any advantages to working for the company.

Cons

Working for this company, both in India and the US, has been a deeply disappointing experience. The leadership, especially the CEO, exhibits a disturbing focus on personal indulgence, prioritizing a lavish lifestyle over the financial well-being of employees. While extravagant personal expenses continue unchecked, salary payments are often delayed, reflecting a glaring mismanagement of resources. The company operates more like a family enterprise, with nepotism at its core. Only those close to the leadership benefit, while others are consistently overlooked or mistreated. The workplace culture is dominated by favoritism, where senior management, particularly vice presidents, act more as sycophants than leaders, blindly supporting the CEO's erratic decisions. There is no true hierarchy or accountability—only those willing to align themselves with the CEO's whims seem to advance, while others are systematically sidelined. Despite the company’s claims of being AI-driven, much of the work is purely manual, especially for employees in India who are hired for data entry under the guise of contributing to an "AI product." To add to the unethical practices, serious incidents like POSH violations are swept under the rug, with those involved being transferred to different regions, often continuing to receive their US-level salaries, while the victims are pushed out of the organization. Anyone considering working here should be fully aware of the toxic environment, rampant favoritism, and lack of ethical standards. Always have an alternative plan in place, as stability here is far from guaranteed.
