Pros
No pro's because the payroll department seems to be incompetent and I am contacting any and every one I am advised to contact
Cons
The payroll department just stops taking out taxes and then you are stuck with owing high tax bills and they will take no responsibility for their mistake and blame it on the employee. First time they put wrong tax code number in that caused issues.
